A native and current resident of Pennsylvania, Chris has spent over twenty-five years in the Real Estate Lending services industry. Throughout his career, Chris has worked exclusively in start-ups; building the business operations of companies that have gone on to become multi-million-dollar revenue generating leaders in their respective industries.
Chris started his career as an entry level flood-map researcher with Palma Lazar & Ulsh, LLP. Working his way up, Chris ultimately ascended to overseeing all company operations, including offices in the United States and abroad and over 400 employees. Chris has held roles as Chief Liaison to both Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae, and has spearheaded his company’s forays into industry firsts, such as e-Recording in the Title Insurance industry.
Most recently, Chris founded Independent Closing Services and built the operations for the Mortgage Field Services company, National Management and Preservation Services LLC. Within three years, NMPS grew from a handful of employees to a staff of over 200, generating nearly $70 million in revenues.
When Chris is not out visiting agents, attorneys, or attending settlements, he enjoys relaxing days at the shooting range, under the stars as an astronomy enthusiast, and is a big hockey fan, having played various levels of organized hockey throughout his life. Chris is a talented musician who plays several instruments, including the guitar, saxophone, clarinet, trumpet, and drums.
Kathy started in the title industry in 1976 and 39 (yikes) years later is still working in the industry. She was in the first class ever conducted for obtaining a Producer’s License. She has worked in a variety of positions within the industry, from sales to pre and post closing and everything in between. She joined PAC in July, 2015.
Most rewarding thing about working for PAC: Working with a wonderful group of title professionals who care about what they do for their clients and reacquainting myself with former colleagues and former clients. I love the team effort at PAC!
What gets you up in the morning: The alarm sounding a new day for a new adventure, both personal and professionally.
Guilty pleasure: Sweets of any kind and curling up with a good book.
Passionate about: Horses, both riding and competing; racing our sailboat on Wednesday nights with my husband and hanging out with my husband at any time.

Mary has been a welcome addition who joined our team in January, 2016. She is opening new files, as well as conducting occasional closings. Mary comes to us with over 30 years of New Jersey Real Estate Sales experience and has also been a Pennsylvania Licensed Realtor for the last 7 years. Between this background and having worked for 13 years with an affiliate mortgage company, Mary knows all facets of the real estate transaction. Prior to mortgage closing coordination, Mary worked in the advertising agency field for 13 years in office management & media coordination.
Most rewarding thing about working for PAC: I am excited to learn another facet of the real estate transaction, the biggest life event for most people, and like working with this very knowledgeable and friendly group of colleagues. I also love working for a local company and am lucky to work in the same township where I have resided for the last 33 years.
What gets you up in the morning: The sunshine or light starts my day, then I check in with social media, then off to work I go to be a productive person and accomplish something new every day.
Guilty pleasure: Dare I say it? Candy and Martini's or Moscow Mules but in moderation of course!
Passionate about: Being a grandmother of 4 grandchildren. I am a young grandmom, and love them dearly and have the best fun with them all. Luckily, my children and grandchildren all live within a half hour of me. I also love boating with my husband on the weekends down in Waretown . Our boat is our second home and we enjoy our weekend time dockside with our fellow boaters. Reading and attending plays with my friends at McCarter Theatre is another favorite activity of mine.
